Free, no-pressure walk-through. We quote on-site so the number you get is the number you pay.
The honest version
Most lawn outfits in Phoenix bury the real price under add-ons. I don’t. Here’s the entire weekly visit, line by line. And if your yard needs more than that, I’ll tell you up front so the bill never surprises you.
Standard front yard
Up to ~3,000 sq ft of turf or gravel-bed combination.
Mow
Sharp-blade cut, height set for the season — never scalped in summer.
Edge
Power-edged borders along walks, drives, and gravel transitions.
Weed-eat
String-trim around fences, mailbox, posts, palms, and rock-bed edges.
Blow clean
Walks, drive, and patio cleared with the backpack blower before I leave.
Same-day text
I text the night before so you know when I’m coming.
Same morning, every week — $25 flat
Back yard service
Quoted on top — gravel only, dogs, pool surrounds, and shade trees vary too much for one flat number.
Palm-frond cleanup
Big mess, slow haul. Quoted per palm or as a seasonal add-on.
Saguaro / mature cactus removal
I don’t do removals — too risky. I’ll refer you to a Phoenix arborist who does.
Overgrown reset
If the yard hasn’t been touched in months, the first visit is more than $25. After that we’re back to the flat rate.
Quoted on the walk-through, never after

How it works
One person, one price, one route. Hiring me is meant to be the boring, easy part of your week.
Send your address and a couple lines about the yard. I usually reply same day, faster by text.
I come out, look at the yard, and tell you up front whether it's a $25 visit or what an add-on would run. No pressure.
You pick weekly ($25), biweekly ($40), or monthly ($75). I show up the same morning every visit and text the night before.
The route
I run a tight loop across the Valley — Glendale and west Phoenix on Mondays, Phoenix proper and Paradise Valley mid-week, Scottsdale and Tempe Thursdays, Mesa Fridays. Yards on the route get the $25 weekly rate. Outside the loop it’s the same work, just biweekly or monthly so the route stays clean.

Most of these are weekly customers. The yard looks like this between visits — that’s what the $25 buys you.

In their words
Long-time customers from across the Valley who keep me on the route, week after week.
John has been mowing our place in Maryvale for over a year. Same morning every week, $25 a visit, no upsells. He texts the night before. That's it.

The price is what got me to call. The work is what kept me. He edges every visit, cleans up the gravel beds, and the front yard always looks like it just got done — because it just did.

Solo operator, fair price, shows up. He told me upfront the back yard would be more than $25 because of the dogs and the palm fronds — I appreciated him being straight about it.
