Most lawn outfits in Phoenix bury the real price under add-ons. I don’t. Here’s the entire weekly visit, line by line. And if your yard needs more than that, I’ll tell you up front so the bill never surprises you.

I don’t do removals — too risky. I’ll refer you to a Phoenix arborist who does.
Overgrown reset
If the yard hasn’t been touched in months, the first visit is more than $25. After that we’re back to the flat rate.

The route
Six cities. One morning loop.
I run a tight loop across the Valley — Glendale and west Phoenix on Mondays, Phoenix proper and Paradise Valley mid-week, Scottsdale and Tempe Thursdays, Mesa Fridays. Yards on the route get the $25 weekly rate. Outside the loop it’s the same work, just biweekly or monthly so the route stays clean.

- Yes, but it's quoted on top. Back yards in Phoenix vary a lot — gravel only, dogs, pool, palm fronds, citrus drop. I walk it once and give you a flat add-on so weekly billing stays simple.
- That's most of the Valley, and yes — I do gravel-bed maintenance, weed pulls, shrub trimming, and palm-frond cleanup. The $25 mow plan is for yards with actual turf; gravel-only yards I quote per visit based on what's in the bed.
- Cash, Venmo, or Zelle on the day of service. Monthly billing is fine too — I send a text invoice on the 1st. No app, no portal, no card on file unless you want one.
- I run early in summer — first crew on the route by 5:30am from June through September. Monsoon rain pushes us to the next dry morning. I'll text the night before either way so you're not guessing.
- Yes — general liability on the business. Happy to text the certificate if your HOA or property manager asks.
