$25 Lawn Service

Services

Eight services.One price list.

I’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mow — $25 flat

The flagship plan. Front-yard mow, edge, weed-eat, and blow-clean — every week, same day, $25 a visit. No surprise add-ons.

Standard front-yard mow on a typical Phoenix residential lot. I bring sharp blades, edge the borders, weed-eat around fences and trees, and blow the walks and drive clean before I leave. Weekly is $25 a visit, biweekly $40, monthly $75. Same morning every week so the lawn never gets ahead of us.

  • Edging & Trimming

Crisp string-trimmed lines along curbs, walks, and the gravel-bed borders that Phoenix yards live and die by.

Power-edged borders that stay sharp for the full week. Careful trim work around mailboxes, posts, and the rock-bed transitions specific to desert yards. Final blower pass so nothing carries onto the patio or the street. Included free with weekly and biweekly mows; $25 standalone.

  • Weed Eating

String-trim corners, fence lines, gravel transitions, and around saguaros — the spots a mower can’t reach.

Phoenix yards have more edges than lawn. I trim the gravel-to-pad transitions, fence-line tumbleweed, hardscape borders, and the awkward spots around mature desert plantings. Standalone $25 if you don’t need a full mow that week.

  • Blowing & Cleanup

Backpack blower across patios, drives, walks, gravel beds — a clean property at the end of every visit.

A finishing pass with the backpack blower. Patios, walks, drives, and gravel beds get cleared so dust and clippings don’t track inside. Standalone $20 if all you need is a property reset before company comes over.

  • Pre-Emergent Weed Control

Pre-emergent applications timed for Phoenix’s two weed seasons — fall and late-winter — so the gravel stays clean.

Phoenix gravel beds run wild without pre-emergent. Two well-timed applications (October and February) keep spurge, goatheads, and Bermuda creep out of the rock. Application + product included.

  • Bush & Shrub Trimming

Oleander, lantana, sage, hopbush, hedges — shaped clean, hauled away, no scattered clippings.

Most Phoenix front yards have eight to twelve shrubs that need shaping a few times a year. I shape, haul, and blow the area clean. Per-visit pricing depending on shrub count and size — usually $75 starting on a standard residential lot.

  • Small Tree Trimming

Palo verde, mesquite, ficus, citrus, and small palms — clearance trims, dead-wood removal, hauled out.

Ground-reachable tree work — clearance over the driveway, dead-wood removal, light shaping for desert species. I don’t climb past one-story; if a job needs a bucket truck I’ll tell you and refer you to someone who has one.

  • Irrigation Tune-Ups

Drip line repairs, emitter swaps, valve fixes, controller programming — keeps your trees and beds alive in July.

Most Phoenix yards run drip lines on a Hunter or Rain Bird timer. I find the leaks, swap the broken emitters, replace cracked tubing, and walk through the controller program with you so July doesn’t kill your mesquite. Diagnostic visit starts at $125.

Need more than the weekly mow?

Most weekly customers add weed control twice a year and a shrub trim a few times — flat-rate add-ons, no surprises on the invoice.
